Drain the sump, spin a new filter, fill the viscosity on the door sticker. The counter will ask for the spec, not 'regular oil.'
Do not accept 'whatever we have' if the door sticker names a dexos / dexos1 / 0W-20. A flush additive is a different line.
DIY
If you can get it on stands and torque the drain plug, this is a driveway job. Hot oil burns. Catch the filter gasket.
