What they will ask

The owner read a script. Answer with a number or a test name — not "these fail a lot on this car."

01How many millimeters are on the rotors and the pads, and what is the minimum?
02Are you machining or replacing, and will the machined rotor stay above discard?
03Is a caliper seized, or is this even wear?
04Can I have the old pads?

Rotors are millimeters. "They're due" is not a thickness. You bring the book number; we only compare.

Hat discard is on the casting or in the book. Write measured and minimum.
